I didn't get off to a great start........I had a couple of down weeks, where I couldn't stick with anything, so the calorie counting went out of the window and I ended up putting on 2 lbs......so not the best start, but hey, in the old days it would've been far worse than a 2 lb gain
Then last week I was ill, quite poorly and wasn't really sure how well I was sticking to my daily calorie allowance and thought maybe the medication might knock me off track, but I weighed in today and have lost 4lbs.....which I'm thrilled with, as I really did think it was going to be another 'lost' week.
So now I just have to get well, regain my strength and lose again this week.....
