Weigh in.....

Well I stayed the same on this weeks weigh in......and that was pretty much what I expected, but hey, at least I didn't gain any weight, which is a real plus for me :)

Onwards and upwards (or should that be downwards) I must try and do some exercise this week.  Exercise combined with less calories should show a difference next week.

I'm feeling very positive and that, for me, is the biggest battle won.....I really think my head is in the right place for this attempt at weight loss :)  I'm not going to put myself under too much pressure, I know it's more important to learn to eat better and get an exercise routine going than how quickly I can shed the pounds.  So here's to the week ahead.
